These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between all players ("User" or "Player") who access and use the gold9990 platform (https://gold9990.wine) and the platform owner. By reading these Terms, agreeing to them, and then registering an account or using the services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

1 General Terms

2 Account Registration and Management

To access gold9990's services, players must register a valid account. The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and belong to the player personally.

• Each individual may open only one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed.
• The player is responsible for keeping their account login and contact information secure.
• The account may not be transferred to any third party.

2.2 Account Verification

gold9990 may request verification documents such as the player's national ID or passport. Please be aware that withdrawals may be delayed if verification is incomplete. Accounts opened with incorrect information may be closed without prior notice.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Deposit methods available at gold9990 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks.

• Deposits must be made only from the player's own bank account or mobile wallet. Third-party deposits are not allowed.
• If the name on a deposit does not match, the platform reserves the right to return the funds.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, but may take longer if account verification is incomplete or due to banking delays.

• gold9990 may require that withdrawals be made using the same method as the deposit.
• Please note that withdrawals are only available after the wagering requirement related to bonus funds has been met.
• gold9990 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal if suspicious betting activity is detected.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

A 100% first deposit bonus — up to 200,000 Ks is available for first-time depositors at gold9990. The following conditions apply when claiming this bonus—

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first complete a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount.
• Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, your balance will be 40,000 Ks, and you must wager 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks before withdrawing.
• Example — if you deposit 420,000 Ks, you will receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving a balance of 620,000 Ks, and you must wager 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks before withdrawing.
• Bonus funds may expire if they are not used within the specified period after the deposit.
• Each promotion can only be claimed once. If promotion abuse is detected, the bonus may be revoked.

5 VIP Levels and Cashback

The gold9990 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players move up the tiers as they continue playing—

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2% per week
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.4% per week
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.6% per week
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 0.8% per week
• Diamond — weekly cashback of up to 1.0% per week

The details of how cashback is calculated and when it is paid will be determined by gold9990. VIP tier decisions are made according to gold9990's own methodology, and Support can explain this to players upon request.

6 Refer a Friend Reward Program

Under the gold9990 referral program, a player will receive 10% of their referred friend's first deposit as a bonus, with a maximum reward of 10,000 Ks per referral. In addition, the player will receive a weekly commission of 0.3% on the referred player's valid wagers.

• Abusing this reward program through dishonest means is strictly prohibited.
• Rewards obtained through fraudulent referrals or linked multi-accounts may be cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

Players are subject to strict restrictions on using the gold9990 platform for the following purposes—

• Playing on behalf of a moneylender or engaging in money laundering activities
• Using bots, automation scripts, or third-party assistance tools to play
• Attempting to hack the platform or exploit technical bugs for gain
• Collusion (coordinating with other players) during gameplay
• Creating accounts with false personal information

If any of these violations are found, gold9990 reserves the right to close the account and refuse to process any remaining balance without prior notice.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

No part of the gold9990 platform — including designs, software, code, applications, graphics, text content, and visual elements — may be copied, distributed, or modified by any third party without permission. The intellectual property rights of game providers whose software is integrated into this platform remain with their respective providers.
